Can submitted data be included in the auto-generated emails?

Yes, data from your Submissions can be included in auto-generated emails. This helps organizations to categorize and find emails in the future.  

This function is available by clicking on a field in your app and expanding the More column of the GoCanvas App Builder as seen in the screenshot below. 

The three options available are at the bottom of this section:

• Email Subject - This data will be in the subject of the email.
• Email Body - This data will be in the body of the email.
• Email File Name - This data will generate the PDF file name.

If more than one field is marked with the above attributes, the data will be appended together up to a reasonable limit.
