Short answer: yes!
A user in the field is required to validate with GoCanvas periodically. The frequency of that validation is called the Client Timeout Window, and you have the ability to change how long that period is based on your needs. This can be done on an account-level only. By default, the Client Timeout Window is set to one day.
To change the Client Timeout Window, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Account>Account Settings.
- Under Security Settings, find Client Timeout Window and click on the Settings button.
- Click the drop down and select a time suitable for your needs.
- Save.
