How do I get rid of old Apps?

When managing Apps, one of the most common questions is "How can I get rid of old Apps or clean up the view on the Apps screen?"

There are two options: 

• Retire App - This is the action of temporarily removing the App from your mobile users and removing from the list of published Apps. 
• Destroy App - This is the action of permanently deleting the App and all data associated with the App from your account. This is a non-reversible action, and should be used ONLY if you wish to completely wipe all contents of the App from your account.

The first thing you will need to do is navigate to the Apps page. Please note that only Company Admin and Company Designers will have the ability to Destroy or Retire Apps from an account. 

Once on the Apps page, click on the name of the App that you wish to Retire or Destroy.

Next, you will land on the App Details page where you will see the current status of your app, number of submissions, and much more. You will want to scroll down until you see the Actions section. 

From here, you can decide whether you would like to Retire or completely Destroy your App.

You do have the ability to un-retire your App, which will restore the App on your users' mobile devices.
