What is the Reference Data Report?

The Reference Data report shows what Reference Data is being used by which Apps. If you have many Apps that utilize Reference Data, this can be a great report to run when you need to manage your data. You can access the Reference Data Report by clicking the Reports button in the Account area.

The Reference Data Report has two views: by Reference Data and by App.

If viewing by Reference Data, the following information will be displayed:

• Reference Data Name
• The last updated date
• Any Apps that use the Reference Data

This is a great view to see which of your Reference Data files are being used and which are not.

If viewing by App the following information will be displayed:

• App Name
• Status
• The last updated date
• Reference Data used by the App

This is a great view to quickly see which Apps use which Reference Data files.
