I was just added to a GoCanvas account. How do I get set up?

We're excited that you will be starting to use GoCanvas to capture your data! Here are a few things you'll need to do to get up and running:

Create your password

Unless you were assigned a password, check your email for a link to activate your account. This will walk you through setting up your password. Can't find the email? No problem. Just head to the forgot password form or contact your GoCanvas admin.

Note: Your username will be the email address used to create your GoCanvas account.

Download GoCanvas to your device

You can also open the browser on your mobile device and visit http://au.gocanvas.com/m. This will redirect you to the proper place to download GoCanvas for your device.

As a note, we do have a desktop version of GoCanvas that will run on a Windows Desktop computer that is running Windows 8 or higher. GoCanvas does not run on Windows Mobile or Blackberry. You can read more about supported devices here.

Log in and fill out your first Submission

Launch GoCanvas on your device and sign in using your username and password. This video will help you learn how to navigate the GoCanvas app. Your GoCanvas admin will determine the features that you have available, but these videos should cover them all.
