Can the GoCanvas PDF match or look like my current paper form?

Yes! In fact, there are three different ways to customize the PDF generated by your GoCanvas app. 

Standard PDF

GoCanvas allows you to do some customization to the standard PDF that is generated when you email your form or download it from the "Submissions" area on our website. You can upload your logo, customize the header, and change the font size of the PDF. Learn more about customizing your standard PDF.

PDF Designer

For further customization, you can use the GoCanvas PDF Designer. The PDF Designer is a drag-and-drop tool where you can place the fields in your app in the exact location that you want them to be located in you PDF report. Learn more about the PDF Designer.

Custom PDFs

If you want the PDF to look exactly like your current paper form, we do have the ability to do that, too. We can match the look and feel of your current paper form including colors, logos, tables, graphics and more. This is a custom service that we do on a customer-by-customer basis. 

Our customers who have taken advantage of this are quite happy. It gives them the best of both worlds: the ability to capture data on a mobile device and the ability to send their customers the same form they are used to seeing.
