Can I search my submitted data?

We built GoCanvas so users could easily access their data. Data submitted using GoCanvas is easily searchable on our website.

Some example scenarios where this is a powerful tool:

• Finding a completed invoice for a specific customer name
• Finding a work order associated with a specific address or date
• Pulling up a specific Submission by its unique id

To search submitted data, follow these steps:

1. Click the Submissions tab in the left navigation
2. Select the app you wish to search
3. On the top of your list of Submissions is search box. Enter the term and hit Enter
4. The results of the search will display the field the data was found in.

Note: The search will show 500 Submissions for a normal search or 5,000 for an advanced search.
