Yes, we are.

GoCanvas is committed to monitoring for updates and changes in the world of data privacy. We're continually improving our data security as we discover new ways to do so and have taken steps to make sure we are compliant with the latest rules and regulations. 

What does that mean? 

On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaced the Data Protection Directive that had been law across the European Union for the past 20 years. GDPR impacts any business that operates or collects data in or from Europe, including GoCanvas.

As part of our compliance process, GoCanvas completed a detailed, in-depth internal review and risk analysis of the data processing flows that take place in our processes.

We've done our due diligence to ensure that we are compliant with the current set of requirements.
